The villa, built in the 18th century as a
hunting lodge for the Mansi-Bernardini
family, is situated on a hill overlooking
the surrounding valley, with spectacular
views of the plain of Lucca. This is one
of five properties on the Mansi-
Bernardini estate. The interiors are
elegantly furnished with antiques and
paintings, which reflect the real aura of
the ancient times. The owner's son
lives on the top floor with his own
totally separate entrance and driveway,
and in no way interferes with the guest's
privacy. There is a tennis court shared
with the other houses on the estate.
When rented in its entirety, the estate is
a beautiful location for a wedding,
accommodating 50 guests. Reservations
should be made at least a year in advance.
