 PAPERWORK
 From our first contact, we will let you know very clearly what is required from you from the Italian government, as far as documents and paperwork is concerned, in order for you to have a good idea of the bureaucracy involved.
These are the necessary formalities that one has to face: we believe in getting them out of the way as soon as possible. We also think that our role is to be realistic without trying to pretend that they are fun and fast. Our main aim is to spare you pointless losses of time and headaches.
You can choose to have the ceremony in a variety of locations: from the city hall of the town you have chosen to the private family chapel of the villa you will be renting. Religious ceremonies are available for different religious affiliations, as well as in different languages.
If you are celebrating your anniversary, we can arrange a ceremony for the renewal of vows or just a simple blessing.
FLOWERS
 Flowers are one of the most important ornaments of a wedding and are a very personal aspect of the moment. If tulips are your favorite flower and you are getting married in November, we will have them specially ordered from Holland. If, on the other hand you are not a fan of flowers, our florists will devise special decorations made from fruit, greenery or vegetables.
Style, elegance and creativity are a world famous Italian trait. Our florists are all heirs of this tradition and are here to share it with you.
CATERING
 In Italy, food is not a minor element. Tuscany offers some of the best catering firms in Italy, if not in Europe. The only problem will be limiting your choices to a reasonable number of dishes. As opposed to what we mentioned for flowers, the caterers we work with only prepare foods using seasonal ingredients that can be found in their freshest form. This will insure taste, quality and quantity.
Flexibility is again the key word. We will adapt the menus according not only to your gastronomic tastes, but also to the needs of your guests.
Once you have chosen the menu, the couple (and we hope the planners too!) will have a "dress rehearsal" of the food and wine at the catering atelier to make sure that it is meeting your requirements.
MUSIC
 Whether you are a hard rock fan or an opera connoisseur, we will make sure that the soundtrack of your wedding fits your ear. A wedding has very diverse moments: the sacredness of the ceremony, the informality of the cocktail reception and the festiveness of the dancing, all need an appropriate kind of background. From a 12 piece jazz band, to a string quartet, from a DJ to an opera singer, you will always have the right music at the right moment.
THE BEAUTY SHOP
 Every woman has her favorite hairdresser, the only one she really trusts in making her look beautiful and confident. Though these people are not that easy to pack in one's beauty case.
We will do our best to re-create for the bride, and for all of the other ladies in the wedding party, the same feeling of confidence that they would have had at home. If you cannot visit before the wedding, we recommend that you send pictures of you and the styles you would like. The hairdresser will therefore be ready for you when you arrive. Provided you don't arrive one hour before the ceremony, you will have at least one trial session which will include not only the hair style but also makeup.
PHOTOGRAPHS / VIDEO
 After all of the effort of organizing a wedding abroad, having your guests at a superb party, you want to have it preserved in photographs or on video. During your meeting with the photographer prior to the wedding, you will explain to him what kind of photo or video you have in mind. On the other hand, if you don't have an ideal picture style, his expertise will be at your disposal to analyze different options.
To make your choice easier, we have a whole series of packages you can choose from; these are arranged according to how much time and how many pictures you want. Once more, the style and atmosphere of the pictures will be only yours.
You have chosen to get married in Tuscany and certainly landscapes and monuments were in your mind as one of the reasons for this choice. Pictures and video can be taken not only in the locations that you have chosen for the wedding, but you can also spend some time touring with the photographer in order to have pictures with picturesque backgrounds.
